REITS – Sponsored by Inland Real Estate Investment Corporation

During the ten-year period ending December 31, 2007, Inland Real Estate Investment Corporation and its affiliates have sponsored four REITs:

• Inland American Real Estate Trust, Inc.
• Inland Western Retail Real Estate Trust, Inc.
• Inland Retail Real Estate Trust, Inc.
• Inland Real Estate Corporation

During that period, these REITs have raised $13.1 billion from over 320,000 investors.
