Affiliates of Inland Investments have previously sponsored:

• 514 private placement limited partnerships
• which have raised more than $592 million
• from approximately 17,000 investors
• and invested in properties for an aggregate price of more than $1 billion in cash and notes

From January 1, 1998 through June 30, 2008, investors in the private partnerships have received total distributions in excess of $592 million consisting of cash flow from partnership operations, interest earnings, sales and refinancing proceeds and cash received from the course of property exchanges.

Track Record
Inland Investments has completed more than 376 investment programs. In each case, no investor has received less than their contributed capital.
